BAD SERVICES EVER

I have been a client for more than ten years.i was informed by sms that they are changing underwriters and the premium will never change.as it is i have been paying extra R120 on the policy since November 2021.I tried calling their offices but no one is answering from clients services to explain why/ how is that the premiums have increased and we were not informed about the changes. I am so fastrated cause i cant leave it to lapse.I HAVE NEVER CLAIMED N ITS UP TO DATE
