Bad service Ever being a client more than 10years

<div>I have a policy with this company for more than 10years now.i have never claim the policy is up to date.2021 November we received sms saying that the company is changing underwriters to Clientelle.we were told that the premiums will not change.it was a lie.i have been paying extra 120 since November 2021 and i have tried calling clients services to rectify or get the understanding of what is happening.I sent several emails no one is contacting me as in now the will be sending an sms reminding of payment.yet no one is communicating with me and my concern I am not happy.</div>
