Bad service

Very bad experience I had with this insurance . I put a claim on the 17th August and have not got payment . Spoken to serval agents , named Kedibone, Minenhle and Zanele they have hang up the phone on me every time I request to speak to management . My contract says payment is paid in 48 hours .
