BAD SERVICE AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!

Bad customer service. I had to bury my mother in law cash and I have a policy with them. I am yet to get my refund from them and I am swimming credit card debt now. Then since it was taken over by Clientele the premiums have gone up but the cover limits have decreased. I had cover for my mother in law worth R20 000 and when I tried to claim when she passed they said the cover was reduced to R16 000. I WANT MY REFUND AS IN YESTERDAY OR ELSE I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!
