Bad service

Bad service Since I claim my policy from 12 February 2021 but since now didn't not pay me it's 3 weeks now everytime I call its promised me to pay before Friday. Today I call them again I talked to Thabo he promised to call me back but he didn't not call me.and my problem is its dedating de money on my account. But don't pay me for claiming.
