Bad experience with B3 Funerals

My experience with B3 was bad because when my father passed away in 2014 they still continued to deduct money until 2024 February. I went to the nearest branch which is in Groblersdal then they confirmed that it was still deducting and give me a refund form to fill in. I've been going there countless times they told me they are offline and gave me a number and said I should call head office. I called and they said the person who deals with that only takes emails then I emailed him I think 3times he finally responded and asked for my banking details. Till this day I'm waiting for them to refund me.
