BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience ..When you have a death in a family the least you need is a round around from your undertaker ,i was told to hand deliver documents and i went to their Diepkloof branch only to be told there is load shedding and there is nothing they can do ,they didn't even bother to look at my documents or take my details down ,i mean in day and age where technology has taken the world by storm ,why are they not enabled to accept electronic documents ?i have to travel all the way to be treated this way ,they were so unhelpful .their service sucks ,they torture the bereaved families .. i send them a mail to complain and cancel my policy 2 weeks ago to date they have responded
