Bad customer service

this lady has bad customer service, when you get there she will be busy with whatever shes doing & pretend like you not there & after doing whatever she doing after some time, she just grabs the book without greeting or a smile & gives back the book without even saying thank you. i have never got such service before from the previous lady that worked there. i never expected such attitude from a big company. i left there very angry & im still very angry please take her for training or rather get someone who will enjoy that job.
