Bad and shocking customer service at B3.

I have been a member of B3 from 2004. And I have never claimed from them. Their customer service is shocking. It is so bad it is not funny. Every beginning of the year I request my contact just to see if all is still in order. I have been phoning the since January with no help at all. Last week I phoned again still no luck. I sent an email to their info and customer service still no response. I even phoned their 24 hours cellphone and no one rep****. I am so disappointed in them it is very sad. I wonder what will happen intime when I will require their service if they can't answer the phone now. So not happy with them. Bad and poor customer service. I need them to send me copy of my contract. I pay a lot of money to be treated this way. My contact number is ***.
