B3 Worst service ever

B3 is the worst funeral cover ever, i've been trying to contact them for the past few days regarding the sms i received about my premium increasing with 50% or no increase with lower cover, how do they lower my cover without speak to me, the initial contract was i'll pay 319 for 170 because they are changing the underwriter to Clientele, how's that my issue, this is a ******* moss, next thing you call them and they don't take your calls, i spoke to the receptionist Prudence and Sbongile they tried to transfer me 100 times , b ut even the service manager is not ill to take my calls, i thinks i should just cancel this, this is nonsense, so many funeral cover company will be happy to welcome me
