B3 Worst customer care and useless Consultants

I have been with this company for over 8 years. I requested a consultant to send me full paperwork 2 weeks back still nothing. They don't answer phones. The consultant who I asked to send me updated paperwork since they have changed underwriters is Violet Jongweni and she is not bothered to respond to my emails. How are we expected to believe that they will assist us during our grieving period?
