B3 robbing its clients

i feel ****** - GASPL01508 When I signed a contract with B3 my premium was 580 with 30 K benefit with no yearly increment just plain standard terms and conditions. suddenly I noticed that my B3 premium was increased from 580 to paying 780 with 24000 benefits instead of 30k that we initially agreed on. the premium increase by 35% not even 10% or 5 % 35 % who does that besides these ******* B3! and the benefits decreased by 20%. now they have a yearly increment of which it was not stipulated on their initial terms and conditions. how do we solve this since B3 is taking us for granted and milking us dry. they have bridge their own contract why should we suffer for it?

Now I got a notification that my premium has increased. What nonsenses is this?
