B3 please pay my claim

Please help I took funeral policy with B3 for my grandfather but when he passed on early March made my claim I haven't received my payment till today ......they claim that they have a lot of claims. That's not my problem they just pay my claim as quick as they were taking premiums from my account. HelloPeter please help
