B3 it's a ****

I insured my grandmother and my mother with B3 for R50000 each and the contract that I have it states that I will pay R840 on a monthly basis. Last month I received a message from B3 saying they changed their underwritters to clientele then the second message was that they are giving me 4 options to choose from and if I don't choose any option they will choose one for me to my surprise B3 they increased my monthly premium from R840 to R1134 a month and they dropped the benefit from 50000 to 40000 for each person insured on the policy. I honestly don't agree with this, I tried to lodge a complain through their customer care I don't get any help.
