B3 is Evil

We pay every month and when my mom had to go make a payment for January the system tells her that the account has lapsed.When she called and we spoke to Pinkie so called manager she tells us that we skipped a month last year 2023, Mind u we have proof of sms that shows we paid!!They are very unprofessional and we need this so be sorted.I will not recommend anyone to go with B3 !!!
