B3 insurance brokers

I claimed at B3 offices Benoni on the 9th the claim was processed. I was attended by Mr Bongani Mlotshwa and his manager Ms Nomonde Senoamadi. To date nothing i had to bury my love one by borrowing elderly's money and today I am taken as a *********. They don't communicate I am the one who call them and their lines are not answered they told me that underwriters are not paying and i am now and then told manager is in the meeting with HOD as well after no response.
