B3 I want my money

I thought B3 funeral services was legit but after what happened to me all I can say is B3 is *****. My father passed away on the 16th of April 2021, 19th April 2021 i went to B3 offices in Vereeniging to Claim and I was told I might be paid after 3weeks. Today is the 26/04/2021 and till today I haven't received anything that they promise to their clients: courtesy car and R250 airtime to notify your loved ones. My father was buried last week Saturday the 24th, if I didn't have any policies I was supposed to wait for B3 to pay up before I could bury my dad that's not fair because when they debit they don't wait for 3weeks after you got paid.
