B3 Funerals ****med me and i want my money

B3 Funerals is ******** people.

I paid for a policy with B3 for 6 months. Then i recieved an sms stating that Bryte was no longer the underwriter.

Last December, 2020. I have called them and sent emails but until today no one from B3 has even bothered to contact me and give clear explanation.

Was the first 5 months of my premium just a **** between B3 and Bryte? What happening with my money and policy?
