B3 Funerals premium increase

Pathetic and ********* practice from B3 funerals, increasing premiums of elderly dependants by over 200% without the consent of policy holders and they debit client accounts without even a consent or acceptance of debi check mandate for the new debit order. Premiums moved from R209 to R459.

I am not sure if this behavior is allowed by the FSCA.
