B3 FUNERALS MALADMINISTRATION

B3 Funerals maladministration is on another level. with the short staff who don't have any answers. I called their call centre last month regarding a policy I have with B3 funeral and was promised to be called back until now I have not received any call from them instead I got double debited and as if that is not enough they took double the amount I normally pay. When I called I was not given proper feedback.

What makes me angry is that I have never skipped a payment and I was never informed why there are changes to my policy or that I will be debited twice this month. they do as the please.
