B3 Funerals is a ****

B3 has no compassion and respect for their clients. My grandmother passed away over 2 weeks ago and till today my mother has not recieved a single cent to bury her. My mother has been a loyal client for over 20 years and this is her first claim ever since. They don't answer any calls and they have no sense of urgency at all. Yet every single month they debit her without fail. We were told B3 has no money at all, leaving people stranded with no money to bury their loved ones. I'm so disgusted by their services and how they are treating my mother.
