B3 Funerals increased my premium from R239 to R572 and then R772 in six months without my consent.

In just six month or so B3 funerals has increased my premium from R239 to 572, now today they debited R772, this without any explanations, without me signing anything.

This is the worst service I have received from any service provider, and that includes my gardener.
