B3 Funerals and the new underwritters

I wanted to write a review on the above topic and saw that they don't even bother to respond. My proposal is the we group ourselves and write to the Ombudsman and the public protector to investigate the conduct of B3 and Clientele as their new underwritter. We can not allow them to bully us into 30% and 50% increases on our policies whereas our policies had no increase.
