These people must stop taking people's money it's absolutely day light ******* what they are doing to grieving families who have been paying them for years.

How does a person move from R100 000 cover to 30 000 and pay out of 24 700 how is it that these companies who are taking over these accounts like Clientele think its ok to do this to grieving families. I have been paying these people for almost years.

I have actually written to the ombudsman when they initially reduced our cover I went from paying 375 to now 600 odd. It seems we will get no joy. Which is sad because clearly people's monies have gone down the drain.
