B3 do not understand uBuntu

B3 claims that they will give you a service beyond uBuntu, but they do know the meaning of ubuntu, my sister in law had initially a funeral policy with B3 her mother was paying for that policy because she was unemployed the policy lapsed because they were not paid by the employer they took another policy with B3 she passed away however B3 could not pay the claim because of the waiting period on the current policy my issue here is these have not shown compassion when dealing with the family the attitude towards the family was bad they do not know ubuntu they did not even want to hear our plea as the family of the dire situation the family is in. They must change their motto they can not give you a service beyond ubuntu because they do not have ubuntu
