I'm disappointed in the service I received from 2 consultants from B3. Their names are Kedibone Mokomoto and Thabitha Madonsela. I've sent numerous emails to Kedibone on behalf of my father and she responds with vague answers. The last time I sent her an email was on the 12 November 2025 before 12pm and to this minute she hasn't responded to me. I then called their call center around 8:15 in the morning. Thabitha was the consultant who promised to assist me on the call. She sent me her email address and told me if I forward the documents to her she will assist accordingly. I've sent her 3 emails and she hasn't responded to any of my emails. I'm disappointed because all that my father wants is a paye reference number so that he can pay his policy. But that seems like it's not going to happen anytime soon. I'm using my resources to get this information but I'm not getting anywhere. My father has been a loyal B3 client for years now and this is how He's been treated. An old man who just wants to pay his policy.
