B3 A BIG JOKE, do not use their services, no black excellence there just pure incompetence

Absolute Nightmare of a company, my mum had a policy with them for years.

She finds out from Clientele that her brother was covered on the policy schedule, surprisingly on the B3 schedule his not there.

She then informed B3 he passed on in 2022 and could she be reimbursed for the money paid, they told her after numerous drives to their offices that Clientele has to pay my mom, mind you she was never informed about clientele she signed on to B3.

They refuse to pay her, emails go unanswered, calls are ineffective, that are a complete nightmare and a Joke, you try and support black businesses a thank you , you get a big slap on the face
