Amendment of policy...

Since January I hv been submitting documents to amendment my policy but in vain. I spoke to Zanelle send documents twice but no response. Today I spoke to Prudence who said she will amend and send an email as the documents were received. I called after 5hours and hold the line for more than 30min without any help. What a pathetic services
