Bad service from dating site

I saw a price on this site of R199, so I thought ok lets try it out for that price, in the end im being billed R2388. So I cancelled it the following day and contacted the company, they only get back to me after 3 weeks and don't even wants to help me see that I have only used the site for a day. Not even a refund for part of the amount at all. Very bad service on there side.
