Subject: VENDOR WARNING: Chevon Heydenrych / B-younique photography Wedding Date: 18 October 2025 Venue: High Five Beach Venue Status: Unresolved / Photos Lost I am sharing our experience with Chevon Heydenrych, who was provided as part of our wedding package by the venue. My goal is to ensure other couples are fully informed before booking. The Facts: • Payment: The photographer was paid in full as per our agreement. • Missed Deadlines: Multiple delivery deadlines were set and subsequently missed. • Threats to Data: When we followed up on the late photos, the photographer threatened to delete our wedding images entirely. • Legal Threats: We have also received a threat of legal action from her lawyer intended to prevent us from sharing our experience or warning others on social media. • Data Loss Claim: After several delays, she informed us that she lost all our photos due to a computer crash caused by "the weather." • Outcome: Out of the 1,300 photos promised, we have received only 80 blurry images. As of today (March 2026), no refund has been issued for the lost service. I have documented proof for every point mentioned above, including all written communications regarding the deadlines, the threats to delete our files, the lawyer's letter, and the admission of the lost photos. I believe it is in the public interest for other couples to be aware of these facts

Bridge of agreement and failure to deliver wedding photo's
Absolutely disgusting service right from the start. Paid the photographer Chevon Heydenrych for 6 hours and 400 edited photos. She changed the hours one sided to 5 hours. Arrived an hour too early. Eventually stayed longer. She doesn't keep to her own delivery dates. Lots of empty promises. Then she claimed there is no contract between us. Then she threatens to delete all photo's. Due to her health condition I asked for the raw material to edit it myself. She sent me 80 lousy photos over whats app, after stating that her computer crashed. Then suddenly, the hard drive was hit by lightning. According to her the experts she took her hard drive to can't retrieve any photos. I offered to come and collect the hard drive to take it in on my own cost to my own service provider to see if we can retrieve the photos. She refuses and says the contents is private. Threaten to sue me. No photo's and no refund. I will never in a million years recommend her to take any photos.
