Our Wedding Day Half Captured...

Chante was lovely! The first set of photos we received was great. We are having so many issues now with our second set of images. We have reached out countless times to the point of we are wanting to pull out our hair but we keep getting given excuse after excuse...

The second set of pics had of me(the groom) and the groomsmen getting ready as well as the speeches video that was captured. It's like we are being denied to relive that part of the wedding reception day.

I am almost convinced that those images have been lost which is a pity as when getting Chante to do our reception - my wife and I were really happy but now all we experience is frustration.

We just want the images....
