Stay away

I ordered a Gizzu power station from B-Tek on 11 July 2022, the website said it would take 5-7 days. On the 10 August I contact them because I had had no contact from them, and received the information that the units would be in at the end of August, even though their website still said 5-7 days. I said I'd wait. On the 12 September I messaged again for an update (again no communication from their end), and was told there were more delays and they didn't know when they'd be in stock. At this point I requested a refund. They confirmed it would be processed. on 13 October I messaged to confirm refund, and no reply. I followed up again on the 23 January- they confirmed that it hadn't been refunded, I supp**** my banking details. It is now the 14 February, 7 MONTHS after I ordered a R5k product that they said would be delivered in 5-7 days and I have not received a refund. Stay away.
