B-TEC ****

I paid for 2 solar panels which the B-TEK website listed as available on the 19th of January. The next day, got a response to the effect that there was a delay on the supply side and the panels would be shipped the following day. Heard nothing for a week and followed up by email (impossible to phone this outfit). Email ignored. Weekly emails ignored until suddenly, on the 5th of March, an apology and an offer to refund. I duly provided bank details and have heard nothing since. Again, follow-up emails ignored. It’s been 3 months now, I’ve been very polite in my dealings with B-TEK and very patient. This outfit has taken money, failed to deliver what was paid for, and is now ignoring me. Ticks all the boxes of a ****!
