Requesting refund

I took a will with them at a later stage I decided to take a funeral cover with them trying to reduce costs since I have many funeral covers as a breadwinner. The consultant was very helpful he did explain that deduction will start after three months he further alleged that they will assist me to cancel other policies from other institutions. There months passed, money was deducted from my salary, I immediately contacted the consultant explaining the frustration and the financial constrains I incurred. I further asked him to cancel all the policy I took with them that never happened the following month again the money went off my salary. On several occasions I wrote emails and finally after months they stopped deduction I was not refunded as per my endless requests
