Refusal of payment

I posted a complaint about Future Green Dot regarding refund delays for policy FUTUR12036.

After escalating the matter, Future Green Dot has now refunded me the full amount of R1045. I can confirm the payment was received and the matter is closed on my side.

I’m updating this review to reflect that the refund was processed.
