Complain about terrible service.

Gooday I write this complain concerning the bad thing that has been done by the company called Future Green Dot to me. There is a gentlemen by the name of Gary Mathebula who came to me in my work place and tried to convince me about his company. I clearly explained to him that I already have such. Then he said to me he asked me to show me sort of a quotation so that I can compare what I have and his company then after I will decide which one I can go for or choose. Then he emphasized that he cannot processed that quotation until I decided to choose his company, and the signatures that I signed there were not authentic because I alternate them if I signed especially for Wills and other my important issues. To my surprise I received a wassap that was asking me the date of births for my kids by Shannon Edgercome (System Administrator). I also explained clearly to that lady what happened and I asked her to not proceed that form because some of the names are written in a wrong spelling. I therefore phoned Gary Mathebula to find out what is happening regarding the Will, then he said nothing will change from what we have agreed upon. He promised me to correct what has happened. Then I trusted him and believed that he will correct it. I was so surprised when Future Green Dot deducted from my pay slip without my concern. I'm not sure if they deducted 2 or 3 times but I started to see the deduction from November and December I'm not sure of October. My worry is my signatures that are not authentic as I use different signatures if I signed for money matters and other serious issues. Another worry is that some of my kids names there have wrong spellings and not all of them are beneficiaries. So what will happen if I can die in this situation by Future Green Dot selfishness. After I realized that they deducted I phoned the lady whom I forgotten her name, she was busy emphasized that I signed but at the end she said she will send me the cancelling forms so that I will fill and produce them to my HR. It's been a week now but never received any cancelling forms. So I'm worried and frustrated because this company to me it's a real bogus.
