Greetings all! I am absolutely delighted to inform you that I have had excellent customer service from B Shocked Electrical. I purchased 2 high velocity fans and on assembly I discovered that one was faulty. I contacted Schalk at B Shocked and was treated with utmost respect, and professionalism. I also had dealings with Houston, who kept me updated on all development stages of the replacement procedure. Heartfelt gratitude gentleman, service like yours no longer exists in our country, as it died with the wonderful "Old South Africa" What a blessing to know that some people/companies still have old school values. You instill absolute confidence especially in these times of online shopping, where 9 out of 10 times you have to fight for your rights as a customer.
