Good customer service and lower prices
I bought the Omega inverter Generator 2000W at a very good price but first unit that I had was faulty because it took me morethan 30 minutes to get it started my shoulder was very painful then it made a back fire noise when it starts and it couldn't run for 5 minutes without a load, I took back on a Monday and the owner said I can't get an exchange straight away they need to test it first, I wasn't so happy because the unit was only 3 days old and I drove an hour to their place they booked it in, finally I got a call on a Friday that they'll replace the faulty generator with a new one, I wasn't convinced with at first because of my experience with the first one but the new unit started just after 4 pulls no issues, managed to fit new doors on my rental rums and did my laundry during load shedding it performed well, the generator is good and portable and good on fuel consumption but a little noisy but it's a good buy, so the overall shopping experience was great at the end I will definitely buy from them again in near future
