Excellent customer service, awesome experience overall
To say dealing with Rick and B Shocked Electrical was a pleasure would be understating the experience totally.
Their communication, willingness to help and commitment to making sure you have the best possible experience as a customer, is outstanding.
Whatever question I had, they could help and explain, always patient, always willing to spend the time.
Well done to the team and especially Rick - it was a very refreshing experience to deal with a professional and competent team for once! Can definitely recommend 10/10
