No Show plumbers leave you in the cold

Unfortunately the lowest I could go was 1 star. If there was a negative star option I'd use it. I had scheduled a geyser installation at 14:30. I have yet to see the plumbers "B and S" because they took on a job at the mall right next to me. Clearly more lucrative than keeping time with a scheduled client. They advise me at 1 hour after time that they will be with me shortly, two hours later... The obvious problem being this is a geyser and I can't get one at night.
