B&S Plumber Disappointing Service

I lodged a claim with Mi Way for my burst geyser. They went through Fogi and B&S Plumbers durban was sent out. The call was logged on a Monday and it went until next Saturday and the geyser was not sorted out.

The plumbers came did inspection and returned with parts, after fitting the replacement parts, the geyser was not sorted. They then came back and all to find they didn't have the right tools. It went back and forth until I escalated to MiWay and another plumber was assigned. The new plumber resolved the matter in a couple of hours.

I'm disappointed with the service from B&S Plumbers.
