Bad Service

Yesterday the 14 July 2015 I phoned BP glass in Mckenziestreet old east end bloemfontein I had a glass that i wanted to be cut off only 8cm of I asked them if they can cut it for me but also in the same sentence I asked if thy can first see if they can do it they told me they will have a look then the lady took it to them they broke my glass and send it back just like this and said they cannot cut it but why didn't they looked first before they just cut and also send me a small piece of glass and said I can buy oit from this is very bad service and we not going to leave it we phoned and the gentleman said if he has to pay back every glass that broke then they can close the business will tell all the people about BP Glass in Bloemfontein in Mc kenzie street
