Fungi Snow***** sold at B Nagiahs

My husband purchased a tray snowball cakes only to find it stale to an extent that it had fungi on it. I called in to speak to the manager but he was not available and spoke to a lady by the name of Sandra who promised to get the manager to phone back, who never did. I don't believe that this is acceptable especially considering that people come from far and wide to support the store. This is food that I am talking about which, if not fresh enough, can cause illness.
