Terrible customer service

Pathetic experience at B Nagiahs Springfield Park today. Waited in line for almost half an hour, three staff members looked at us and ignored us, and proceeded to serve customers who had come in after us. This has happened on more than one occasion. Will no longer be supporting this store due to extremely poor customer service.
