Poor workmenship

Never ever make a mistake of taking your car to this place. I have made a huge mistake of trusting them with repairs on my vehicle for a few years little did i know they were busy destroying it.Let me take you through my bad experience over a few years with b-ma services. November 2020- My vehicle had a bad mis-fire. All four spark plugs & ignition coils were replaced according to invoice- only to find out in 2022 that only 1 ignition coil was replaced ( 1 Bosch & 3 Delphi). I was charged for parts not replaced. Mis fire improved but not completely resolved- 14K job In March 2023 A complete cylinder head recon was done on my vehicle including water pump, thermostat & radiator. Ever since the recon was done, the car operates at a higher temperature of 125 degrees instead of 90 degrees. I took the car back but they couldn't resolve the issue till this day. Furthermore the car has oil cooler gasket leaks as well, oil is also leaking on the head gasket. Mind you all these gaskets were replaced according to the invoice, but in less than a year they are all leaking- this was a 34K job. In November 2023- The tensioner & v- belt was replaced. In February 2024 the belt came off & got stuck on the pulleys. Clear sign of poor workmen ship. In March 2024 i took my car in again for bad mis fire. This time i was told to replace the oxygen sensor before cat. & upgrade DME software. The job was done for 7K. But the mis fire issue was not resolved. The car was mis diagnosed. They now told me that i need to replace the high pressure pump. It is at this point that i realised these people do not know what they are doing & i needed to take my car else where. This place is completely run down & the workshop manager has clue what is going on. This place has costed me lots of money & destroyed my car in the process. Do not make the mistake I did by trusting them. With your car.
