A **** THAT CHARGES EXORBITANT AMOUNTS

****!!! I took my car there end of November because it had a overheating issue and they did a diagnosis and told me that they will fix it for R19k. When I got the car back, it seemed to be fixed. A few days later I started experiencing a drive train issue and I took the car back to them (this was not picked up in the diagnosis that I paid for). They gave it back to me after 3 days and they claimed that it was repaired, only for it to start giving me the same issue the next day. I took it back to them and again and I found the owner there and he claimed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced, which they did for R2k. I took the car and was told to return early the next day and I'd get my car back later that evening. It ended up staying there for over two weeks and I wasn't being updated on the progress of my car. I went there after 4 days of my car being there and I was told that they cannot figure out what was wrong with my car, the new spark plugs didn't solve the problem. Left the car there for a few more days and went back again and the technician didn't have feedback for me (I wasn't being updated on the progress of my car this whole time). Told me that I needed to speak to the head office and when I called they told me that they sent me another quote to fix the car. They quoted R42k, but by then I was making plans to take it elsewhere. I requested that they release my car. I went to Paul's Mini and they said the the only issue the car had was a timing issue and they fixed it for just over R3k. Imagine from being charged R42k, my car was completely fixed for only R3k. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to them because they don't know what they're doing and they will charge you ridiculous fees and your car still won't be fixed and it seems like they create issues in your car so that you go back to them!!!
