Poor customer service
Makro uses them in PE. They can't make an apt. Its Friday and they dont answer their phone. Last time the customer service was poor too. They take your machine in and it does come back with extra marks. The repair done wasn't done right and now there's more wrong with the machine. Waiting for 2 days for hwr to call me back now. Makro not any better either. They don't answer their phones either. Toll free line couldn't put me through to them either as it couldn't connect for some reason. I had to physically drive them to log my service call.

Poor customer service
Makro uses them in PE. They can't make an apt. Its Friday and they dont answer their phone. Last time the customer service was poor too. I got a quote for my washing machine , rubber to be replaced. Only after paying the quote, they communicated that the washing machine will be removed from my premises. They collected the washing machine, only with ropes, tied on the back of the bakkie. My washing machine left without marks. I received it back with marks and paint off infront. Ive send the photos to them, communication was that they have ordered the replacement. When i followed up in January, they just said that is how the washing machine was on pick up, and then afterwards said it was rust. They are not trustworthy, and does damage to your appliances, and then makes you feel like you are in the wrong. And then to top it, they expect you to pay half, after they caused the damages.
