Pathetic Service

Telling a customer you have the stock he requests, then let him pay for it and finally arriving at the yard and there is no stock is un-called for. Then I was told a couple of days later that specific item is not available anywhere anymore. I phoned Marley tiles in Olifantsfontein minutes later and guess what, they do have the item!! I insisted that B-house make arrangements to collect that tiles for me after they **** to me on two occasions, yet they want to charge me for that. I mailed B-House asking to refund me by means of an EFT so that I can go end get the tiles myself over the past weekend, instead I was told over a message left on my phone that I can come and collect my refund. By the way B-House, Marley is closed over weekends, one thing you failed to inform me, hence I didn't come and pick up my refund. The attitude I got from the manager this morning when I phone is totally uncalled for, please go and visit some other building suppliers like Chamberlains end see what customer service is like. I will never refer anybody to B-House again, due to lies and poor customer service.
