B Cube Designs Can't Redesign

When B Cube Designs (digital photography) ran a special, I chose to go to them to convert 8 of my precious pictures into A3 canvasses. I was not prepared for the disaster that was about to unfold. I had in my possession an A4 canvas from this very same digital photographer. It was created from an electronic version of a photograph taken over 20 years ago. The results were impressive. I operated in complete faith that my venture would be a successful one. To my horror 7 of the 8 prints that I got back are dull and dark. They are very poorly pixelated. The colours are no more as bright as in the pics I submitted. I am embarrassed to hang up these prints. I picked up the prints shortly before the devastating floods that struck KZN in early April 2022. Coupled with my own life changing experience that I am dealing with, I found the time and energy to complain to this small business owner a month and a half after picking up the prints. I politely explained all of this to the ownerl Bradley. He was quick to blame me for damaging the canvasses. His only option to me was that he will reprint and if the reprints came out better I would have to foot the entire amount for it. When I offered to take the prints back to him for inspection he got very cheeky and blocked me on the social platform that we'd been communicating on the entire time. My pity for small businesses during this pandemic needs to be reevaluated. I will certainly use the 7 ugly prints in my possession to showcase the lack of skill and creativity of B Cube Designs.
