Stay Away from B Coutsoudis & Associates

<p>I entered into a verbal contract with a friend of mine who has his estate run by B Coutsoudis & Associates. I paid R4 500 deposit, along with R3 500 rent for the late availability of the room I was moving in to and was assured that the deposit was place in a 32 day interest-bearing account. Upon moving out I have been unable to reach either my former friend or his lawyer, and, needless to say, my money has still not been paid over.</p> <p> </p> <p>After trying to reach Mr Coutsoudis for more than two weeks I received the following garbled sms:</p> <p> </p> <p>"Hi Ilse.i tasked you document your claim. I cannot simply pay because Dylan and you say I should o have to account independently to the Master of the court and the auditors. I may be wrong but i have receieved nothing yet. Of yoi have sent proof ofnthe claim then ee can process but thisbcam can take 3 days."</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting. I have no money for rent; food or electricy because of the outstanding money and increased expenses I have had to suffer and am scrabbling to survive.</p>
